Letter to the Wild Woman I’ve Become – A love note to my future self who already exists inside me.

How This Letter Came to Be

This letter was written for a very special occasion: my Master Practitioner Graduation Day through Anchored Coaching. It was part of one of the most powerful integrative sessions I’ve ever experienced.

In May, as part of our coaching certification program, we gathered in Newburyport for Immersion. That’s where I met my Breakthrough Day partner, Juliet Clingan, in person for the first time. Yesterday, as part of Graduation Day, she used this letter as the foundation to guide me through a session that combined breathwork, T.I.M.E Techniques, and hypnosis, all wrapped up in one beautiful bow. The experience was otherworldly. There were moments where I felt like I had left the room entirely, yet I was always grounded and fully in control. It was deep, moving, and profoundly healing.

In turn, I had the honor of facilitating the same experience for Juliet using her own letter. It was a true exchange of energy, trust, and transformation.

Now, here’s the letter I wrote to myself…

Dear Beautiful Friend,

I’m writing you this letter today because I want you to pause, just for a moment, and truly feel how proud I am of you.

You’ve accomplished so much this year. I bet when the calendar turned to January, you had no idea what kind of journey you were stepping into. And yet, here you are, standing in your power, having done some truly incredible things.

Take a breath and reflect.
Look at how much you’ve grown as a person, a friend, an aunt, a sister, and a daughter.
You’ve softened in the right places, strengthened in others, and leaned into the truth of who you are.

In your business, you’ve stepped into the light you were always meant to shine. You’ve helped people shift their beliefs simply by showing up as yourself. You’ve created a space where $20,000 months flow with ease, where abundance meets alignment. Most importantly, you’ve built a sanctuary where bold, brave, unapologetic women get to rise and be fully seen.

Give yourself credit. Real, deep, soul-level credit.
You didn’t always know what you were capable of.
Or maybe you did, but you weren’t letting the world see it.
That’s changed now.

By rewriting your story, you’ve created a financially free lifestyle.
You travel, you host circles, you lead breakthrough days, and you coach with heart.
You’ve built a community of like-minded souls who feel safe, empowered, and inspired to shine their own light.

You’ve released what never belonged to you.
You’ve honored your truth.
You’ve used the tools, the support of your Anchored sisters, the insights from Master Practitioner training, and your own fierce intuition, brilliance, and leadership to step into your true role as Inner Alchemist.

And you’re just getting started.

As you move into 2026, you’ll be sharing your truth on bigger stages.
You’ll grow your community even more and help other women do the same.
You’ll continue your training and say yes to your next chapter, knowing that Trainers Training is already on your horizon.

This journey is yours.
